Dogs tend to get rather excited when the see their owner for the first time in a while.
But Evie the Cavoodle took this to a new level when she tirelessly scratched at her owner’s French windows as she returned home from work in Melbourne, Australia.
The pumped up pup stands on her hind legs and claws at the glass like a boxer as her owner approaches.
The adorable pup cannot contain its excitement as it jumps on the furniture and yelps happily
Evie’s owner Michelle Tieleman, who is known as The Dog Mum and normally lives in Perth, says in the clip: ‘Just got home, look at Evie, she’s going crazy, Evie!
‘Mummy’s home, mummy’s home.’
She opens the door and the little dog goes wild, as she jumps on the sofa and yelps excitedly on May 29.
The adorable cavoodle – a crossbreed of a poodle and a Cavalier King Charles spaniel which became popular in Australia in the 1990s – runs outside, then back into the house and around her Ms Tieleman’s legs as she struggles to decide how to celebrate her arrival.
Evie barks and shakes with excitement as her tail wags rapidly, with her owner repeating ‘hello baby… hey Evie’.
Evie is a dog model and has a large social media presence – boasting more than 16,000 Instagram followers.
